Field Rules

Rule #1
SAFTEY MASK MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES IN NETTED AREAS!
*Insurance company policy, failure to follow this rule will result in suspension of the player for the day
Rule #2
BARREL PLUGS MUST BE IN BEFORE EXITING THE NETTED AREAS!
*Insurance company policy, failure to follow this rule will result in suspension of the player for the day
Rule #3
Safety hazards: The whole field can be hazardous if you aren't being dilligent. While nothing is purposefully set up to cause harm, weather events combined with heavy field use eventually leads to various hazards(ex. a board with screws could fall/be knocked from a base). We do our best to walk the fields everyday someone is playing, but we may not see everything, so we caution anyone playing to be aware of their surroundings. We also ask that if you do see something dangerous, please report it to the staff immediately.

Rule #4
Surrender/20 foot rule: If you come closer than 20 feet from an opposing player, shout surrender and give them a chance to not be shot at close quarters. If they try to turn and make a move, you can shoot, if the marker goes above the head, they have called themselves out and you let them go. You may also surrender a player by tapping the front of their bunker yelling surrender.

Rule #5
No blind fire: Blind firing is when a player sticks only their marker out of the bunker and fires while not aiming or sighting a target. This can result in balls flying all over the place and isn't safe for players or spectators, plus you might hit your own team.

Rule #6
Getting out: What puts you out of a game here is a dime sized mark or larger of paint anywhere on the body. Marker shots don't count, but ricochet shots to the body that leave the dime sized mark do. All referee decisions are final. When you are out, raise your marker above your head and walk towards the field exit, keeping the mask on and inserting your barrel plug as you leave.

Rule #7
Respect the equipment: Our equipment is like any other piece of machinery, after extended use, some of it will break down. It's never our intention to hand out broken or improperly working pieces of equipment, and if we do, please let us know as soon as possible. To help us keep the equipment working for all players, we ask players to repect the rental gear and try to avoid getting dirt, water, etc. into it. This will help ensure all pieces of equipment will continue to work properly for the remainder of the day, as well as for future players.
